Mission/Purpose: A consortium of Healthcare Organizations and Stakeholders working cooperatively on innovative strategies for Recruitment, Training, and Retention in order to build and maintain a stable, competent and caring workforce.
 
History: The consortium grew out of a shared interest in working together to meet the staffing crisis in the region. The first meeting was held on December 4, 2019.
 
Values: Professionalism, Inclusion, Respect, Curiosity, Equity and Open-mindedness.
