Through our Adult and Career Pathway Training programs, we support individuals from a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds to enter in-demand careers – including in the healthcare industry. We offer tuition assistance, paid internships, job placement assistance, and supportive services. We work closely with employer partners to design short-term training programs that meet immediate needs, and connect them to program graduates who are motivated to start or continue their career. Our Youth Employment Services (YES) Duluth program exposes high school students and young adults to career pathway opportunities, while providing paid work experience to build work readiness skills.
