Job Description

Provide confidential addiction counseling, education, and support to individuals, families, groups, and communities. Supervise ADC-T staff. • Identifying needs, create goals and treatment plans • Complete screening, intake, orientation, and assessment process with client • Utilizing harm reduction strategies • Teaching clients coping mechanisms • Helping clients achieve self-sufficiency • Provide counseling to individuals, families, and/or groups • Providing updates and progress reports to courts • Setting up aftercare plans • Meeting with family members and provide guidance and support • Crisis intervention
